The space
Built to print, kept to work
We opened in 2021 in a print works in Rotterdam Noord. The sawtooth roof pulls in north light all day. The windows are enormous. Plants sit on every ledge, and the old press still stands in the lobby, exactly where it always did.
Across 1,800 square metres you will find 140 desks, meeting rooms, quiet corners and the coffee bar. It is a working building, not a showroom, and it feels like one.

The Thursday breakfast, and everything around it
About 220 people work here: freelancers, small studios and a couple of scale ups. The crowd is international, and the floor is easy to settle into.
Every Thursday we lay on the members breakfast, the kind of morning where you meet the person two desks over. Kantoor Magazine called us Rotterdam's friendliest floor in 2024. We are quite proud of that.
