When you request a tour or write to us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, team size and what you are looking for. We use these only to reply to you and to arrange your visit.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a tour and, if you join, to set up your membership. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers that help us run the website and our email.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to help you, then remove them. If you become a member, we keep the records needed to run your membership.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To make a request, write to us at hallo@thecommonsrotterdam.nl.
